Galliford Try Mental Health Champion 2026

Awards

March 27, 2026

We are incredibly proud to share that we’ve been recognised by our valued client Galliford Try with the Mental Health Champion Award at their 2026 Infrastructure Supply Chain Conference.

This recognition means so much to us. It reflects not just a one-off initiative, but a consistent, embedded commitment across our business to prioritise the wellbeing of our people, partners and the workforce we support every day.

At the heart of this achievement is our pioneering, industry-leading SMILE360 Wellbeing Programme, a holistic strategy centred on Social, Mental, Individual, Living, and Economic wellbeing support. This is brought to life through the passion and expertise of our Senior Health, Safety, Wellbeing and Sustainability Advisors, Beck Dorrington and Shahana Begum, who were heavily referenced in the bid and play a critical role in delivering meaningful impact on the ground.

In complex, high-pressure environments - particularly across critical infrastructure, mental health isn’t a “nice to have”; it’s fundamental to performance, safety and long-term resilience. It has always been a core part of how we deliver value as a strategic partner.

This award is a testament to the collective effort of our team and the fantastic team Galliford Try, who continue to lead with empathy, awareness and accountability. It also reflects the strength of our partnership and our shared belief that better outcomes come from supporting the whole workforce.

We’re proud that our approach is gaining even greater industry recognition and we look forward to continuing to embed SMILE360 as we strive to be the true industry leaders in workforce mental health.

We remain committed to raising the bar.
