This morning, our team took part in Darkness into Light for icap, who are an official charity of Pieta House, Preventing Suicide and Self Harm. Pieta was established to provide free accessible counselling for people suffering from mental health illness or families bereaved from suicide. #Icap was founded to meet the needs of Irish immigrants in Britain and every month provide counselling services to over 300 people in London and Birmingham. Our team met early this morning in Hampstead Heath for a 8.5k walk to support the charity and remember those who have passed due to suicide.
