Danny Sullivan Group devotes significant resources to ensure we attract, develop and retain the brightest talent. Many of our directors started their careers with the Company, and are now widely regarded in the industry. We also recruit senior management directly as we continue to grow. A number of our directors have worked with leading companies in the UK which helps us to maintain an innovative and national perspective.

Timothy O’SullivanManaging Director
“We’re driven by an understanding of the need for timely, quality labour embedded within a culture of safe and quality workmanship. Pride, quality and collaboration are in our DNA”. Timothy joined the family business in September 2011 following the completion of a 1st class BSc honours degree in Construction Management, and a working graduate scheme at Balfour Beatty. Here, he gained invaluable experience working on several high-profile civil, tunnel and highway projects. His appreciation is for innovation and adaptability to ensure that the next chapter is as successful as the last. Timothy’s strong leadership skills and commitment to excellence have driven the business forward since his arrival.

Joanna O'ConnellHead of HR
“People are at the core of all we do, so it is important we look after everyone”.Joanna is the HR Manager, she joined Danny Sullivan Group over 15 years ago and worked in the Payroll Department for many years before her progression into HR. Her passion for developing people in the workplace makes her an invaluable asset at Danny Sullivan Group.

Umer GorayaFinance & IT Director

He joined the Danny Sullivan Group after working for Serco and Capita in various senior finance and transformation roles. Umer now heads up the IT and Finance department and brings with him years of experience, energy and fresh innovative ideas!

He brings a vast amount of experience to the business having previously worked on a wide variety of large infrastructure projects in some of the most hazardous environments. As Head of HSEQ he drives strategy and policy for Health, Safety, Wellbeing and Sustainability throughout the organisation, ensuring that our drive to improve the wellbeing of our employees is achieved.

He is our company Mental Health First Aid Instructor and leads our work in mental health and well-being. Ruairi oversees the workforce's apprenticeships and education, and works towards preparing our teams for the future, ensuring that they feel protected, supported, and empowered, and guaranteeing that our employees return home every day safe, happy, and healthy.
