Many of our directors started their careers with the Company, and are now widely regarded in the industry. We also recruit senior management directly as we continue to grow. A number of our directors have worked with leading companies in the UK which helps us to maintain an innovative and national perspective.

Timothy joined the family business in September 2011 following the completion of a 1st class BSc honours degree in Construction Management, and a working graduate scheme at Balfour Beatty. Here, he gained invaluable experience working on several high-profile civil, tunnel and highway projects. His appreciation is for innovation and adaptability to ensure that the next chapter is as successful as the last. Timothy’s strong leadership skills and commitment to excellence have driven the business forward since his arrival.

As well as helping to oversee the company’s overall operations, Kacey’s particular focus areas are corporate strategy and strategic planning, innovation, partnerships and investments. She works closely with all our teams to drive success and ongoing business transformation. Prior to joining the business, Kacey spent almost a decade as an international corporate lawyer advising some of the world’s largest multi-national companies on high-profile transactions. She holds a first class honours degree in Law and Accounting and is a qualified solicitor in both the UK&Wales and Ireland. She is also a former Irish international football player. The wealth of experience and expertise she brings from her corporate and sporting lives arm her a unique perspective on what it takes to run and operate successful businesses and teams, thrive under pressure and create and sustain a high-performance culture.

He joined the Danny Sullivan Group after working for Serco and Capita in various senior finance and transformation roles. Umer now heads up the IT and Finance department and brings with him years of experience, energy and fresh innovative ideas!

He has the demonstrable ability to lead people and teams to successfully deliver quantifiable profit improvement, change management and growth using highly developed human resource and leadership skills. Therefore clients benefit from efficient administration and cost-effective service delivery.

It’s an exhilarating time for the sector and it’s great to be part of that journey”.Joe will be leading our business development, client engagement and customer success team and joins us from recruitment firm Pareto where he was Strategic Accounts Director. Joe has held positions owning key client relationships and managing strategic partnerships consistently throughout his career and will work closely with our teams to drive business strategy, key account retention and sales growth in line with DSG’s growth objectives.
