We have comprehensive Health & Safety policies which help us maintain and continue to improve our high level of health and safety management. 

As an employer, it is our responsibility to ensure that all 1,500 of our employees are healthy and happy in the workplace. Although we want to ensure that any sick absences are minimised, we will never do this at the cost of our workforce’s well-being.

We pride ourselves on being an organisation where individuals thrive, feel appreciated and can talk to their manager/peers about stress and mental health issues.

At Danny Sullivan Group, we are committed to challenging the stigma around mental health and promoting positive wellbeing amongst our industry. We have a well established Mental Health Programme in place that offers support, information and education to our workforce.

Our HSQE Team are accredited MHFA Instructors and we are committed to continuously growing the number of MHFA’s within our organisation in line with our Workforce Strategy. We have a track record of collaborating with our clients and supply chain partners in delivering sessions around mental health to thousands of employees across numerous different projects.

The Danny Sullivan Group holistic approach to positive Mental Health and Wellbeing means we educate and empower our workforce with tools and knowledge that can benefit their life as a whole, both inside and outside the workplace.
