A new 75,000 m2 concrete deck extension. The deck is an important first stage of construction, as part of the £480m City Airport Development Programme. This programme will significantly change London City Airport, with improved facilities for customers, an expanded offer of flights, and greater space to accommodate increasing passengers, enabling annual passengers to grow from the current 4.5 million to 6.5 million.
