DSG Wellness Month takes place in January

Working from home can have an impact on your current state of mind, increase stress and can create a burnout.This month we will be shining a light on Wellbeing, how to create a mindful workspace and activities and tips you can incorporate into your daily routine. The DSG Team were treated with a Mindfulness workshop with Debbie Johnson this morning to kickstart our Wellness Month series. Debbie specialises in Mindful Meditation and Wellbeing. In this session we took part in a series of breathing exercises created to help aid in reducing stress, anxiety and depression.
