Our long standing General Foremen, Marc Fuente was given the monthly award for his dedication to health and safety and keeping our staff safe

Yesterday, our MD, Timothy O Sullivan visited our Crossrail Ltd Site in Whitechapel to meet the team. On his visit one of our long standing General Foremen, Marc Fuente was given the monthly award for his dedication to health and safety and keeping our staff safe.

Marc has worked with DSG for over 10 years across many various projects such as Blackfriars and for the last number of years has worked in a General Foreman role across the C512 Whitechapel Project. Working closely with our client BBMJ, Marc has assisted in leading the team in the construction of one of the most technically challenging of the Crossrail Projects. Marc is one of our Safety Champions and goes above and beyond in his every day efforts to maintain a proactive culture while ensuring all our staff are happy and healthy in the workplace.

Mr Balbir Singh Virk, won a Health Safety and Well-being Award on Balfour Beatty VINCI M4 Smart Motorway Project

It was awarded for exceptional communication and attention to maintaining a high level of housekeeping on the project.

Well done Balbir – we are all extremely proud here at Danny Sullivan Group and are thrilled to have such great ambassadors across all the projects we are currently working on.

Danny Sullivan Group is proud to make a donation to the Irish Youth Foundation (UK) who supports a wide range of projects across the UK

Help from the charity includes: help for the homeless; employment and training schemes; women and children escaping violence; young offenders; Irish Travellers; mental health; drug and alcohol rehabilitation programmes; cross-community initiatives as well as social and cultural activities encouraging young people’s awareness of their Irish heritage.

During these challenging times it is important to be supporting our local and national charities. The Institute of Fundraising reports that charities are projecting a loss of 48% to their voluntary income, and a third wiped off from their total income due to Covid-19. As the Irish Youth Foundation’s income is almost entirely voluntary, the funds raised go directly to where they are most needed. #charity #community #donations #giveback
